customer service

We provide compassionate and respectful customer service. There is no charge for services unless a claimant is awarded benefits.

forms

We assist clients in completing the government forms. We obtain their medical records and reports from their treating physicians, nurse practitioner, therapists, counselors, etc.

Who We Are

Our representatives have backgrounds with the Social Security Administration, Disability Determinations Services, and legal firms. Each advocate has more than 20 years experience representing claimants for Social Security Disability claims.

What We Do

We assist clients in completing government forms, and we interview clients and obtain medical records and vocational information on their behalf, to submit to the Social Security Administration. We submit timely appeals, prehearing briefs, and prepare the client for any upcoming hearings. We appear with the client at the hearing before an administrative law judge and, if necessary, to the Appeals Council.

Our Commitment

We are committed to treat our clients with respect and compassion. Clients have regular contact with their representative throughout the entire process.
